these are the bomb of comfy trail running shoes. I am really liking them so far (35 miles). I will say though, these seem to be a dry weather shoe, as they take on a lot of water and don’t drain so hot.

The good – extremely cushioned. Great mid sole with tons of return. Would make for a great active recovery or moderate training shoe for trail work for someone
The bad – sizing is hit and miss. Ideally go up a half size or else face toe collisions. Narrow toe box to the point of blisters in the first 10 miles. Coming from NB shoes this is not uncommon, but these are even extreme for me. I did not expect Hoka or Altra toe box but these are NARROW. Also my pair has some strange bunching of material where the upper material of the toe is glued to the very front of the sole. Just on one shoe but oddly enough this shoe seems less narrow in the toe than the other side. Maybe just a bad pair made it through, but overall not impressed with the sizing or construction techniques

I normally wear 9 1/2, and these sneakers fit perfectly. Very comfortable, light weight, and great looks. I use them for everyday use. This is my 4th pair of The North Face sneakers and they were all fantastic.

TNF is crushing. The rocker sole is dialed in and propels you forward but has great cushioning. Tread is great on light dirt trails and road.
I have TNF Vectiv Enduris IIs as well. The Enduris IIs get the nod for me because the upper is a little more structured and protective but that’s how TNF designed it and the Eminus is perfect for its intended use. Slightly less supportive and cushioned with less toe cap protection than the Enduris. if you want a shoe for 80% road and 20% trail with a good stack height and rocker the Eminus is hard to beat.

Amazing. Got these for a recent trip to Kenya. They didn’t disappoint, comfortable and light weight, great cushioning and breathability. Held up to tough trails and we’re perfect for just kicking around as well. Will be a new staple!

Great trail runners, exchanged for a half-size down from my usual running shoe size as the normal was a bit too big. Handles loose dirt and technical trails well, lockdown is solid and they have enough cushion to go the distance.

By far the best show I’ve ever run in! I’m a long time HOKA fan and these blow them away. The knit forefoot allows the foot to move and adjust without having a break in period. Straight out of the box these feel great; the perfect balance of cushion to responsiveness that allows you to have that responsive feel and also cushion. The rocker sole allows you to lean into your run and move forward easily and quickly!

I have been running in the Vectiv Enduris and love the cushion and bounce and this show is very firm by comparison. The upper is great. Love it and the tongue but need a cushier ride for my goals right now,
