It’s a beautiful water proof layer. My daughter loved it. At the price I mistook that it has inner lining but it doesn’t. I am still keeping it since I can add warm layer with something else and my daughter loved it.

I bought this for my 10 year old daughter. She loves it! She was happy to see that it has an elasticized wrist instead of the fold over Velcro closure. The option to gather the waist with the elastic adjuster gives a nice feminine touch and makes it more stylish than letting it be loose but it’s nice to have either option. The grey color is versatile but still feminine too. It will match her navy school uniform nicely!
The last feature that I must comment on is the fact you can zip in any of the vest or oso hoodie liners for added warmth if needed.

and it was comfortable . As a matter of fact I got DryVent jackets for all three of my grandchildren . I highly recommend
this jacket . It is well worth the money and they last . I own one myself !

This is our 4th jacket – my daughters grow out of them before they wear out. I love that it can be used as a rain/lightweight jacket or add a liner for additional warmth. Highly recommend. Just wish the cost of TNF was a little less.

The coat is very stylish, lightweight – my daughter really likes it. The cons are that it is expensive for just a shell (we thought we were purchasing an inner and outer layer) and is it is difficult to find an inner layer that works with the inner zipper of this coat. We believe North Face switches the inner zipper on purpose knowing that it will only be compatible with their inner layers. We are still trying to find a suitable inner layer that will work without having to pay for another expensive piece to add to this jacket.
