I have only owned North Face hiking boots. This is my 4th pair and by far their best one yet! Super light, great ankle support, great cushioning, and moves with your foot with ease and Hugs your foot in all the right places. I ordered a half size up, because I know my feet swell and with this type of material I thought it would fit like a sock and I wanted to leave a little bit of room. Awesome pair of Hiking Boots!

Bought these for my 70+ year old mother, she loves them! A great slightly wider fit in the toe box, very comfortable for her. Surprisingly plush cushioning. She hiked on some soft/wet trails after snowmelt and said the traction was perfect. Easy entry for a midcut hiking boot. These feel relatively light in hand for a hiking boot. Highly recommend, great shoe!

Absolutely love these. I think it’s a plus that they feel more like sneakers than thick boots if you want to do shorter hikes. They’re comfortable and were fairly waterproof for me.

Very nice hiking boot! I’m in Southern California and it gets hot!! This boot keeps its cool, yet is very supportive around the ankle. I’m loving them so far! I usually wear a size 8 and am slightly wide, so I bought the 8 online and it has some extra room around the toes.

Loved this hiker right out of the box. Nice enough to be a daily shoe. I’ve worn several other top brands and this one is by far the most comfortable! First hike wasn’t tremendously long at 6.1 miles but was a steep incline going over slick rocks, mud, puddles and thru several inches of snow. Traction was great and my feet stayed warm and dry in mid 30 with just a light wool hiking sock which was amazing since my feet always get cold. The flexibility is a huge plus. First hike/first time wearing and my feet were not one bit sore the next day! I usually half size up, but went with my regular size and had just a little room at the end no toes banging the end coming down the steep decline which is usually an issue for me with narrow feet. I think the flexibility of this hiker allowed me to cinch them up better than other brands and my foot wasn’t sliding around as much. If I planned to wear heavier socks, I might size up a half size. Plan to grab another pair!

This has a nice, cushy insole that feels like a sneaker, though not much in the way of arch support. These could work with an arch insert, though the sides of the ankles also come up a little high on me — I’m just under 5’3″, so take that as you will. I love the color, which is just as shown in the photo.

On my feet all day long working at a greenhouse and these are SO supportive! These are the most comfy boots I’ve ever owned. They have also proven to be waterproof so far (I’ve sprayed my feet with a hose on purpose to test these out). I love that they are so stylish and comfortable. Great traction and support on hikes as well. They have been worth every penny.

I ordered these for hiking in Sedona. I didn’t have a chance to break them in, but it wasn’t necessary. They were light, comfortable and I appreciated the ankle support. I went up 1/2 size and the fit was perfect.

These boots are the bomb. I wore them hiking The Narrows y’all, and they are so light weight and comfortable. They dry super fast and I wore them mountain biking; they’re not too cumbersome or clunky. I love these boots! I usually wear a 10.5 and the 11s are a perfect fit for me.

The vectiv shoes are helping me walk more comfortably with arthritis, so I decided to try the hiking boots. With my old shoes I couldn’t go a mile without pain, now I go about 3 miles before I notice it. The rocking motion is subtle but it must help, the toe joint doesn’t bend as much. I have to put in high arch insoles–the insoles they came with are thin and flimsy. Happily my foot still fits ok with the insole. Both the shoes and boots feel stable with good grip, I don’t turn my ankles despite the large amount of cushioning. But man are they expensive. This is the most I’ve ever paid for a pair of hiking boots, and they’re not even leather. Normally I wait to buy things a year later and half price, but I needed a solution. I hope they last. They also seem better for daytrips and summer trips–they feel like a high top running shoe–not a situation like backpacking, where you’d want a sturdier boot.

These fit perfectly. I did not size up from my regular size 8 but I know people like their hiking boots to be a little big. I would recommend sizing up if that is your preference. These boots have the perfect mix of a hard sole and a cloud soft insole. I like the looks also. I bought the green ones and it’s a perfect spring green. I have never owned TNF shoes but I will consider them for future shoe purchases.

These are fantastic and I may get another pair. I wore them for the first time on a 12 mile hike. They were comfortable breathable and have the arch support I needed. No break in time needed. Definitely recommend!
