The shoes have worked well for me so far. They have fit true to size. I wear an 11 in everything else I wear including these. They feel very sturdy right when you put them on. The base of the shoes feel like they are a bit wide and that gives it the feeling of a bit more stability when walking. I enjoy how the nose of the shoe points upwards slightly. It makes it more comfortable to walk and follows more of the natural motion of your step. Future light is very breathable and gives it that comfortable edge.

I am a window cleaner in Oklahoma, I have always been a NF client. But these are the best shoes I have have ever owned. I am on ladders, roofs, rocks and my feet get wet at times. These shoes are by far are the best I have ever owned. I was a hedgehog fast track guy but now I am FutureLight!!!

The thing that really impresses me about me about this hiking shoe is not the fact that it is waterproof (although that’s important) it is how wide the shoe is. I bought this shoe in a regular width in my regular size thinking it would be narrow as I have experienced with previous hiking shoes I have owned in the past. Instead the width is right in what I like to call the “Goldilocks” range, not too narrow but also not so wide your foot is practically swimming in the shoe. This along with the waterproofness make it the best hiking shoe on the market today across all brands and an excellent shoe for both experienced and beginning hikers. Keep up the great work North Face and continue to make this shoe.

This is a very versatile hiking shoe. Took them out west to hike Arches, Canyonlands, Zion, The Narrows, and The Grand Canyon…and they passed the test! Definitely recommend to everyone.
