Annette –
A couple of important things to note with these gloves:
– First, the gray is darker in real life than in the North Face photo (I’ve attached my own photo here)
– Second, the fit is NOT too small. I’m a little annoyed at all the reviews that say it is. As one reviewer accurately said, the issue is in the wrist material of the glove; It’s a bit tight and requires some effort to get your hand through. But, once it’s through, the actual glove itself fits to size. I’m normally a medium and should have ordered a medium but ended up ordering a large b/c of all the reviews saying the gloves run small. Yes, the wrist requires effort to get through but once my hand is inside, the glove is a bit baggy on my actual hand and the fingers run a bit too long. Just order your normal size and I’m sure the wrist part will stretch with use. I’ll be returning for a medium.
As for the material itself – seems quality and given that it’s not listed as a super heavy duty glove, I wasn’t expecting more warmth than it provides. I would say it’s a good glove for temps in the 30s-50s range (depending on how long you’re planning to be outside). If you’re planning to be out in the cold for a while or playing with snow, a heavier glove might be a better choice.

These gloves are great for commuting. They are very grippy and receptive to smartphones. However, they’re not very warm. I wore them to work on a 30-degree morning and my hands were still a little cold.

The etip feature sure is useful! Love it
Ajani –
Love these gloves.

Fit was a little loose, I should have brought these in to swap out. I think they are great to wear in cool temps, I wear something more substantial on cold days. I also wear them in addition to using poagies on winter bike rides. Other brands that I had tried claimed to be device compatible but did not work. I was surprised to find that I really can wear these and navigate the touch screen on my phone.

No comparison! These gloves are like the warmth equivalent of a soundproof room…
Judith –
These gloves are great. Thin. Warm. I love North Face products!!
Kyle –
Perfect all-purpose glove for all of my outdoor needs. Easy to use all of my electronics and fit perfectly.
Richard –
Works incredibly well on iPhone and Apple Watch, even with the small keyboard on the Apple Watch. Not the warmest but except for true ski or winter gloves will my hands stay warm. I use these gloves on my 2 hour runs and they work well. Very convenient to skip songs or other controls without having to remove my gloves while jogging. Definitely recommend.
Alex –
Not bulky, slim fitting, and warm.
Matthew –
Nice spring gloves. Good for biking.
Desiree –
Warm and perfect if it’s not too cold. They are practical, still able to use hands well
Cornelius –
Love these gloves! Super comfortable when running and using my iPhone; and keeps my fingers warm.
Ced –
Warm hands…
Brittany –
Great for everyday in the city
Lyndsey –
These gloves provide great protection from wind and cold temperatures while allowing you to use your mobile device. I have small thin fingers which makes it difficult to find gloves that have a snug fit. The fit is incredible and they are very comfortable.
Elissandro –
Great material, ease to handle electronics such as cell phones, warm and classy look.
Kafai –
Great gloves to use when going outdoors and carrying your smartphone and accessing the various apps with you without taking off your gloves in the cold air.
Tara –
My favorite winter gloves. My hands can actually move in them and they keep my hands nice and warm.
Nathan –
The gloves are good for cool he but probably not freezing temps. The touch screen response is perfect unlike other gloves. The gloves are completely unstretchable though so although my size is technically a medium using chart, I wasn’t able to get my palm past the wrist part given that part is smaller. You therefore have to order a size higher to get your hand in.
Dennis –
Lost my last pair, wouldn’t be without them.
Von –
Comfortable but not for super cold weather
Corey –
Love it
Maya –
This is an exceptional product, use it all the time whenever it’s cold out because it lets me use my phone as well with no fears of my hands getting cold. 10/10
