The arms are like 6 inches too short. When I drive it’s basically at my elbows. I attached a photo to show where my shirt ends and where the jacket ends. It fits well everywhere else besides the arms. It’s cute and comfortable when you’re doing stuff that does not involve your arms, but when you drive it quickly becomes awkward. I wouldn’t buy again.
Sam –
Arms ride up . The shoulder hole is too small can’t move in it

My new favorite jacket. Only thing is the sleeves could be a little longer in the arms. I’m 5’7″ 140 and the medium fit great!
Kymmie –
I’m 5’4, 220lbs and the XL fit great. There was still wiggle room. The jacket kept me warm in 30 degree weather, plus, it was absolutely cute with any and everything. I’d buy another in a different color. Oh, and bonus is it’s reversible!

Within moments of putting this jacket on, the sleeves ride halfway up my arm (see picture). Pulling it down is useless. It looks ridiculous and it is unavoidable. Since it’s reversible, the direction of the slick, fuzzy inside drags everything in that direction and makes it really hard to even pull the sleeves down. Although it is warm and lightweight, I would not recommend this, especially considering the price.

I love this jacket. it’s comfortable for the most part and warm. however, the sleeves pull on your shirt and leave your shirt hanging out of the sleeve. I read reviews that some people said the sleeves get bunched up and roll up their arm but it was the opposite for me. I attached a picture showing what the sleeves do to my undershirt. i’m constantly having to pull on the jacket sleeves to hide my shirt.

I was so excited when I received this as a gift for Christmas. I’ve had other NorthFace jackets, and they have been wonderful! I wore them until they looked terrible. This jacket is beautiful, soft, lightweight, and warm. However, I am 5ft, and the sleeves are wayyy too short. I can’t imagine if I were taller. I’m so upset that I’ve already taken the tags off, because it is so uncomfortable to keep pulling at the sleeves, and my shirt sleeves are always bunched up above my jacket (see photo). I hate it. I wish I could return it. Don’t buy this jacket!

I love this coat because its not bulky while driving. I am a realtor and constantly on the go in and out of the car. This coat looks great, keeps warmth in without being overly bulky. In description, true to size it is, but these coats fit tightly so if you wear bulky sweaters or hoodies, get the next size up.

Bought this jacket because it’s reversible and waterproof which is awesome. The inside is so soft and warm and the outside is stylish. The one con about this jacket is that when it is worn with the fuzzy side in, the sleeves bunch up at the elbow region because the fuzzy material grabs on to the fabric of your shirt sleeves if they are long. It is true to size, but when it is worn with the fuzzy side in it seems a bit smaller than when worn in the reversible way.

I don’t know why NF doesn’t make more jackets with fleece inside…This jacket allows one to stay warm whilst still wearing a t-shirt underneath…all b/c of the fleece. I hope that they don’t stop making this…!:)

I am 5’4, 125 lbs and this jacket fit perfectly. Wore a thin-ish sweater/blouse underneath. I needed something casual and machine washable for a trip to NYC end of April when it was actually still a little cold but I didn’t need a full winter coat.
This jacket was so perfect and went with everything. Jeans, black leggings. So comfy. Love the faux fur on inside (it’s a reversible jacket but I haven’t worn other way yet).

Coat is light but warm. Recommend going up a size unless you like it fitted.

I really like this jacket. The inside is really soft, it’s a little to tight for me to layer much under it but even with just a tank top under it keeps me warm and that means i can feel more of the soft lining. Its Reversible but I tried it once and i don’t know why anyone would wear it like that Its not as warm and you don’t get to feel the softness. Like all north face jackets the sleeves could be a little longer.

I want to love this coat. The fuzzy side is so soft, it looks cute on, but there is a big issue. With the fuzzy side in (which seems like the better way to wear it), the sleeves ride up horribly. After wearing it for an hour, I looked down and my sleeves were bunched to mid forearm. I’ve now worn this 3 or 4 times and it’s happened each time. It’s awkward to try to get it back down. Seems like a pretty major design flaw. I am very average sized, so the issue shouldn’t be the length of my arms.

I wore this for a week. Despite the sleeves always go up, I was pretty happy about this coat. Until yesterday. I turned it inside out to wear the fleece side, and noticed there was a hole with stitches on the chest!!! Are you kidding me?

TTS. fun to have a coat that can really be 2 looks. Only issue is the collar when wearing fur side out. Does not always lay flat.

I bought this jacket for myself years ago. The granddaughters loved it so much, I bought them each one. They are on their 3rd or 4th one, due to growing. I still have my original, and it still looks good, even after washing many times.

What I love the most about my jacket is the reversibility and how comfortable is fits. My jacket is warm and cozy. This was a great purchase!

I love this jacket. I usually wear XS. The plush side of this jacket looks too big for me, but the other side is very tight around the stomach.
Mary –
I finally found a jacket that fits. It’s slightly snug around the shoulders but I’m not sending it back. It keeps out the cold north wind and it keeps you nice and warm. I really love this jacket. The deep pockets are great from putting almost anything in it. I highly recommend this jacket.

I love this jacket. It’s nice and warm and protects me from the cold harsh wind. It fits really good, the only thing I found with it was the arms were a little snug, but I was not about to send it back. The company really needs to start making a little bigger jackets to fit most and/or all women, not just the tiny small frame ladies.
Dawn –
This is the warmest jacket ever and bonus it’s reversible.
